By accessing and purchasing from axiom.industries, you agree to be bound by these terms. Products are sold subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties. AXIOM Industries reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your order and improve your experience: name, shipping address, email, and payment metadata (we never store full card numbers). We do not sell customer data to third parties. Marketing emails are opt-in and require explicit consent.
GDPR COMPLIANCE
EU customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@axiom.industries. We respond to all GDPR requests within 30 days. Data is stored on EU-based servers (Frankfurt).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AXIOM name, logo, product designs, and all firmware are property of AXIOM Industries GmbH. Reverse engineering of proprietary firmware components is prohibited. QMK firmware contributions remain open-source per QMK license.
COMPLIANCE
All AXIOM peripherals carry CE marking and comply with EU RoHS, REACH, and WEEE directives. US units are FCC Class B certified. Wireless products operate in unlicensed ISM bands compliant with regional regulations.
